so I was expecting a stellar experience, but alas, I barely survived the noise looming like a nightclub and the Wi-Fi was basically a myth. Plus, at the very least, I thought I'd woudl ve been given a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles—no such luck! I just couldn’t leave a glowing review after that.

charming stay with warm hospitality
I was welcomed by Señora da Costa's radiant smile and delicious vegan breakfasts, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature in the beautiful garden courtyard.
The lack of a television in my room felt unusual at first, but it quickly became a minor detail in the grand scheme of a memorable stay.

We loved the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated near the river yet so quiet, perfect for relaxing after our trekking adventures. The breakfast was a highlight too – generous portions that fueled us for our daily explorations!
The only downside was the slightly limited menu options during breakfast.

What a gem! I adored the stunning courtyard vibe and the artistic touches everywhere. Perfect location for exploring, too!
But oh dear, come nightfall, the noise from nearby nightclubs hit like a surprise drum solo! Sleep? More like a faint wish!

The lovely courtyard is a peaceful escape, and the dedicated staff truly enhances the experience with their hospitality. While the breakfast variety could improve, it remains a delightful start to the day. My room, although lacking a TV, was impeccably clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax.

Charming stay with delicious amenities
I loved my time at this cozy hotel where the clean rooms paired perfectly with fresh, warm blankets that made for a delightful sleep. Every morning, I was treated to a sumptuous breakfast that was tailored to my vegan preferences, thanks to Janetcita’s attention. The beautiful courtyard, bursting with flowers, offered a serene escape amidst Cuenca’s bustling charm. However, it did get quite loud on weekend nights due to nearby nightlife.
